It is important to us to make sure that every customer is satisfied with our themes.

We’re based in Central Europe and we offer support Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 CET (GMT+1). Depending on time differences please allow up to 24 hours for us to get back to you. Tickets are answered in the order they were received.

Support is provided only to verified buyers. Please enter ‘Item Purchase Code’ in support ticket.



Support for our items includes:

  • Responding to questions or problems regarding the theme and its features

  • Fixing bugs and reported issues in a fresh theme install

  • Providing updates to ensure compatibility with new WordPress versions

  • Help working with the theme, in case it’s not covered in the documentation


Item support does not include:

  • Customization and installation services

  • Support for third party software and plug-ins

  • Adding new functionality to theme

  • Fixing errors which may occur after theme customization

  • "Learning WordPress" - general, core related, support and how to’s (please, use wordpress.org forums for that)

Before asking questions
Before asking questions within the support page, please be sure that:


1. you have read the theme documentation which came packaged with your download.
From http://themeforest.net/downloads download ‘All files & Documentation’ .zip file.

Documentation folder is in this (downloaded) zip file. Unzip 'documentation' folder and open index.html (double click)
Video tutorials (if are included) are embedded to the documentation file.


2. you have read theme FAQs




Important!

If you want style or function different from what you see in the online demo you need to understand that this is not covered by basic support. We are always here to give small tips and advices (matter of 1-2 minutes), because we like to help This is a courtesy to our buyers and this service cannot be abused (lots of requests etc.).

Please keep in mind that we cannot provide customization (beyond 2 – 3 mins). You can consider hiring a freelancer instead. You can check the WordPress theme section of Studio: http://studio.envato.com/explore/wordpress . There’s plenty of quality freelancers offering customization services.

In Themeforest account in 'Downloads' section ( http://themeforest.net/downloads ) is located Licence certificate - the number is in it.
